Who processes payments on Intratec?

Payments on Intratec are processed by FastSpring, our e-commerce partner. FastSpring is a PCI-compliant, Norton-secured platform that handles the full checkout experience, including credit card transactions, PayPal, and wire transfer invoicing. Tax collection (VAT/GST) is also managed by FastSpring on our behalf.

Is my credit card information stored after purchase?

No credit card information is stored after your purchase. The checkout process is handled by FastSpring, a PCI-compliant payment platform, which means your card details are never retained on our systems. Each transaction is processed securely and your card data is discarded immediately after authorization.

How secure is the checkout process?

The checkout process is 100% secure. The following protections are in place:

  • PCI Compliant: The checkout adheres to Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards.
  • SSL Certificates: All data transmitted during checkout is encrypted via SSL.

  • FastSpring: Our e-commerce partner is a PCI-compliant, Norton-secured platform.

These measures apply to every purchase — no additional setup is required on your end.

Wire Transfers

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, wire transfer (bank transfer) is a supported payment method. To pay by wire transfer:

  1. Add the desired product(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. In the payment method step, select "Wire Transfer / Invoice / P.O."
  3. Complete the checkout process.
  4. An invoice containing the bank transfer details will be sent to your email.

Payment must be received and identified before access to the product is granted.

How long does a wire transfer take to be confirmed?

Wire transfers typically take 3–5 business days to be identified after the funds are sent. Access to your purchased product is activated once the payment has been confirmed on our end. If you need immediate access, paying by credit card or PayPal provides instant activation upon successful payment.

Are there extra fees for paying by wire transfer?

Yes, wire transfer payments incur additional fees compared to credit card or PayPal payments.

For purchases where the difference in cost matters, paying by credit card or PayPal avoids this additional charge and also results in immediate product access.

International Cards

Why is my international credit card being declined?

International credit card declines at checkout are usually caused by the card not being enabled for online or international transactions — a setting controlled by your card-issuing bank, not by us.

If your transaction fails, follow these steps:

  1. Verify your card details — confirm the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are entered correctly.
  2. Contact your card issuer — call your bank to authorize the international transaction; they may be blocking it as a security measure.
  3. Split the purchase — try purchasing items separately to reduce the individual transaction amount.
  4. Try another card — use a different credit card if available.
  5. Use an alternative payment method — PayPal or wire transfer are not subject to the same international restrictions.
  6. Contact our sales team — if none of the above resolves the issue, reach out for assisted support.

Do I need to enable my card for international purchases?

Yes, if you are using an international credit card, you must ensure it is enabled for online and international transactions before attempting a purchase. This is a setting managed by your card-issuing bank — contact them directly to activate it if needed. Once enabled, the card should work at checkout without any issues.
